These terms cover your use of unishrine.com. Project work is always governed by a separate written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Information on this site

We describe our work, process and terms as accurately as we can. Case studies are labelled as client work or in-house builds, and figures are taken from those projects. Durations and prices on this site are guides; the binding terms are the ones in your proposal.

How projects are agreed

• Scope, price, milestones and payment terms are set out in writing before work starts.
• Fixed-price work covers the agreed scope; changes are quoted separately. Evolving work is billed on time and materials.
• Code and project deliverables are yours on final payment, unless the contract says otherwise.
• We will sign a mutual NDA before discussing confidential details.

Content and trademarks

The Unishrine name, logo and site content belong to Unishrine. Please do not reuse them without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of its content, without a written agreement with us.
